Welcome to Kindfund

Kindfund is a charity established to further the gospel of Jesus Christ and to help relieve poverty in the ‘Third World’.

Kindfund is helping some of the poorest tribes in N Kenya working with the pastoralist Turkana, Samburu and Rendille, areas currently in famine conditions.We are currently using 3.7 tonnes of food supplies per month


Children's Homes

Two of our summer 2009 team, Margaret and Nuala enjoying the children.

There are now 30 children in the home at Wamba including 5 babies. Pray for Nzau and Esther now managing the home. At Wamba Kindfund continues to provide a main meal every day for 70 orphan and poor children. We have 20 children in the new home at Ngaremara where we also support another 40 with a meal a day. Remember Dominic, Ruth and Damaris managing there. We also support with food and in other ways Kilimani Home with 65 children and Kambi Juu Blind Home with 15 children.


Kindfund T-Shirts

Clive Wisbey has kindly designed a range of Kindfund tops, t-shirts (ladies fit and unisex), polo shirts, fleeces (men’s hoody, ladies zip hoody and pullover hoody), and rugby shirts.

The clothing is of good quality from Fruit of the Loom up to designer level. A wide range of colours are available.

Prices range from £12 for children up to £33 for adult depending on design etc.

A limited stock is available at Kesh but orders can be met within 4 weeks.

Prayer Requests

Pray for safe travel to and in Kenya for Ken and Pam

Dec 2009 Children and babies at Wamba are doing well including 3 new arrivals - 5th baby and two orphans. Pray for the children at the homes, Ngaremara, Wamba, Kilimani and Kambi Juu and for Michael who has been sent to Kenyetta National Hospital witha large growth under his chin.

Give thanks for rain throughout.

Pray for new building work at Ngaremara - shower and washing block, repairs to classroom and installation of metal gates

Pray for two YWAM teams arrived 3rd January for 2 weeks

Pray for clarity of vision and knowledge of God's will to develop all the work now involving c.1500 children
